For cancellations made by 3 days before the check-in day, a cancellation fee of 1 night is charged. For late cancellations made after this time 100% of the first night is charged. All times refer to the local time at the property. For no-show, 100% of the entire stay will be charged. Between 27-12-2012 and 01-12-2013 cancellations, a cancellation fee equal to 100% of the entire stay will be charged. For no-show, 100% of the entire stay will be charged.
