Cleaning
The staff went out of their way to make the stay as positive as possible. Overall the rooms, the outside area and the pool were very clean.
Positive: I received a very nice gift to apologise for the noise from the neighbours and was offered another room.
Negative: Some problems with noise from teenagers partying on my floor, but I rang reception and it quickly got sorted.
