Your hosts Dave and Maggie would like to welcome you to The Braemar We are a small family run guest house which is just a stones throw away from the sea front We are proud to announce that following a very thorough inspection by the English Tourist Board we have now been awarded 3 star status for the quality and excellence of the food, accomodation and service we provide Since buying the hotel in 2006 we have invested heavily in bringing it up to date and more major refurbishments have been carried out over the winter We now offer brand new en-suite rooms (shower gel, shampoo and conditioner in all bathrooms),flat screen televisions with multi channel Freeview, hairdryers, irons/ ironing boards and tea & coffee making facilities Free Wi Fi is also now available throughout the guest house We pride ourselves on our attention to detail and make every effort to make your holiday in Blackpool truly memorable We cater for couples, families with children of all ages, singles, senior citizens, conference delegates and business travellers Small groups are also welcome The Braemar is located 5 minutes walk from the promenade just south of central pier close to the football ground and being central to all Blackpool's attractions Limited on street parking is available, but we have a Pay & Display next to the hotel which only charges £12 for two days or £30 for a complete week during that time you can leave and return to the car park as many times as you like For you comfort and safety we would advise you that, unlike many hotels,we fully comply with the latest Fire Regulations
