Free Wi-Fi access is also provided The building is equipped with a lift IMPORTANT NOTE: Check-in office is located in the same building, Rue Grétry 23, open Monday-Friday: 10am-10pm, Saturday 10am-6pm, Sunday and national holidays - closed For arrivals outside these hours, or on national holidays, please call us in advance to schedule a meeting City tax of EUR 4,59/day/apartment will be collected from you at check-in separately, and we will transfer it to the city jurisdiction All guests are kindly requested to respect the house rules (full version is available in each apartment) We require a deposit to secure the apartment during your stay - 300€ will be blocked on your credit card The apartment may not be used as a party place but that of accommodation for sleeping, eating, relaxing etc Please respect the noise ordinance hours: 10pm - 6am If you have any guests, they are kindly asked to leave the apartment before 10pm Check-in from 2 00pm & check-out until 10 00am Late check-in fee of 30 € is charged for arrivals after 10pm Thank you!
