Broncemar renovated in 2005, this apartment complex comprises a total of 194 apartments spread over 5 floors. It offers visitors a lobby with lifts and 24-hour reception service, currency exchange facilities and a safe for securely storing valuables.
Guests can sample the culinary delights of the pub, the bar and the café. Further facilities and services include the in-house supermarket, public Internet access and medical assistance.
Guests may select breakfast, lunch and dinner from a buffet.

This apartment complex is located on a main road and only roughly 800 m from the long sandy beach of Playa del Ingles. Within the complex itself, guests will find various shopping and entertainment venues. Links to the public transport network are to be found only about 300 m away. Las Palmas, the capital of Gran Canaria, is approximately 55 km away and Gran Canaria airport can be reached by car in about 30 minutes.
