Tax Information
As of April 1, 2021, VISITAX enters into force to facilitate the payment of the use of foreign tourism. It can be done from the web portal http://visitax.gob.mx/. Foreign tourists may cover it before their arrival or during their stay. As of January 1, 2017, tourists must pay an ISH rate per room and per night of occupancy under the concept of Environmental Sanitation Rights carried out by the municipality. This fee must be paid at the hotel.
How to arrive
From Cancun airport take the highway available only in the direction of Playa del Carmen (N.307). You pass the village and the overpass of Puerto Morelos, and about 25 KM south to enter the area of Playa del Carmen to reach a series of overpasses. Continue on the overpass to reach the exit "Avenue Constituent" in the right lane.
Once off the overpass, stay on the left side below this and turn left onto Avenue Constituents, go straight to 15th Avenue, turn right onto the street until you reach 12 and turn left on 10th Ave until you see the left side at the corner of Calle 14, our boutique Hotel Aqualuna.
