It is only minutes away from several of Sri Lanka's famous historical sites and landmarks and enjoys panoramic views of the 3 Stupas - Jetawanaramaya, Abhayagiri and Thuparamaya. It lies about 3 km from the centre of Anuradhapura with its links to the public transport network and tourist centre (ancient temple). Dambulla is a 45-minute drive away.
