Positive: Central and clean.Don't be mislead by the small entrance to the hotel. The rooms are enourmous and clean, with even a small kitchenette. The street isn't quiet but has plenty of 'marcha' at night, but we didn't hear a noise and slept very well. The price is about right for the hotel and the area.
