The Circular dining room with its soaring seven metre high ceiling offers breakfast, lunch and dinner. The house menu features Khmer and international cuisine and changes daily to include fresh, seasonal produce. The dining room also provides a walk-in wine cellar and an informal seating area where guests can enjoy drinks from the house bar.

The enclave was once the guest villa of the King Norodom Sihanouk. It was been transformed into a 24-suite retreat that provides an ideal base for exploring the temples of Angkor. Amansara has the inviting ambience of a gracious home and is set in a private garden compound with mature, shade trees.

The room used to be guest's suite for King Norodom Sihanoukin in 1960, the well known guest were Jackie Kennedy and Charles de Gaulle. The villa still keep the same as 1960 but renovated with Aman touch. Interiors of all 24 Amansara suites share an open plan design with a terrazzo-and-timber finish. The bedroom embraces an enhanced living area with a large writing desk and a king-size bed. Each bath area has a separate shower and a tub for soothing soaks after a long day out enjoying temple tours, cultural strolls, lectures or cycling. Suites are air-conditioned and come with ceiling fans and a CD player. A few steps down from the lounge area, a floor to ceiling window glass wall separates the bathroom from where it opens onto a courtyard , which features a water garden. Courtyards of the pool suites are equipped with private pools measuring six by five metres. The hotel's spa is accessed along a pathway paralleled by a long reflecting pool. The reception area is flanked by a lounge and a courtyard garden with an ancient rain tree. In the spa there are four treatment rooms, each with their private relaxation room. Hidden from view by a six metre high wall, is the 5 m by 25 m lap pool, providing guests with an additional swimming facility. Guests can also relax with a massage treatment, in the steam room, or enjoy a round of golf.
