With a star in the Michelin guide, the hotel's restaurant remains one of the finest restaurants in this side of Provence. The cuisine is inspired by fresh local produce, the scents and flavours of which delight guests at lunch and dinner. Lobsters and crayfish are even raised in a pool on the grounds. Weather permitting, guests can enjoy their meal on a magnificent sunny terrace. The wine list is also very impressive.
It is a privately-owned country manor with 23 rooms individually decorated in the Provençal style with antique furniture.
