The hotel is situated close to Benidorm town centre, and the main amenities of the Old Town are just 300 m away. The property is 700 m from the fine sandy beach of Levante and within just 150 m guests will find a range of bars, restaurants and supermarkets, as well as the town's main evening hotspots, making it a great base for those who wish to be close to everything. Alicante Airport is 65 km from the hotel.

Cleaning

No reception, you get dropped off there only to find you can't get in the building. The keys have to be collected in the old town, 800 mtrs away, it's a nightmare and you also have to take them back.
There gets your holiday off to a bad start.

No sheet or towel change that should have been done as a 11 night stay.

Positive: Nothing positive, the keys thing ruined it all after a long journey.

Negative: People in the apartments was running riot but because no reception nothing was done.
