The highlight of this hotel has to be the very friendly happy staff. Our main complaint would be there was no hot water at all so the shower was very cold. It was not just our room but all of them. We had no hot water at all for any of our 7 night stay. We did complain to reception and head office but received no explanation or apology. We had heard that prior to our arrival there was no hot water. The food was ok although very similar for breakfast lunch and dinner. Bear in mind that this is Cuba so things are not readily available. The location was good at the quieter end of Varadero, right on the beach. Plenty of taxis around and a few restaurants and bars within walking distance. The pools were excellent.
