Positive: Perfect location, good room. Very nice breakfast which can also be taken on the terrace next to the pool.
Negative: The woman at the reception (around 50 years old, don't know her name) was really really really rude. When coming to the reception she said: Que quieres? (What do you want?). We were very shocked by this way of customer service. Most rude woman I have ever seen in a hotel!
