Foreigners not resident in the country who acquire a tourist package, checking their immigration status with the current PIP5 Entry and Permanence Permit seal, with the current PTP-5 Temporary Permit Permit seal, or the current TP-11 visa; they will be exempt from the 19% VAT tax.
