The Alamanni Hotel is a 2002's inaugurated hotel, fully air conditioned,
located on the second floor of a modern building in the historic heart
of Florence.
The hotel welcomes its guests in a warm and elegant atmosphere, with
precious furniture, quiet and comfortable rooms and the courtesy of the
professional staff.
The hotel is located in the heart of Florence centre. All City
sights are within walking distance, such as the cathedral of Santa Maria
in Fiore, Piazza della Signoria, Palazzo Vecchio, Uffizi Gallery and
Ponte Vecchio.
Check-in and check-out for the apartments/studios can be done at the hotel's front desk.
The hotel Alamanni offers 18 rooms, 2 Executive Suite, and 12
one-room apartments located 1 block away. Single, double single use,
double standard, double executive, triple and quadruple rooms are
available.
One-room apartments can host between one and five guests. Two-room apartments for up to six people are also available.
All rooms, featuring private bathroom with hairdryer, are equipped
with air conditioning, satellite TV, mini bar, direct dial telephone and
wireless internet connection.

Guests will be accommodated in a basic double room at the hotel or
in a small studio located in the residence, or in annex only one block
from the hotel Alamanni. The room type is assigned only upon check-in
and cannot be booked in advance. It is not possible to change the
accommodation during your stay.
Guests can store their luggage at the hotel's front desk, free of
charge. The rate includes taxes and does not include breakfast.

cancellations or modifications are not allowed. In case of no-show or
cancellation, the penalty is 100% total cost of booking. Pre-payment is

How to arrive
From the railway station of Santa Maria Novella:
take the station’s right hand exit and turn right down stairs, keep walking on pedestrian street next the station's wall for 300 meters, after findomestic shop we are, above ´Expert shop´.
By car: from motorways, exit Firenze SCANDICCI and follow street signs “Firenze centro” and “SMNovella Stazione”. Once you're arrived at Porta al Prato go straight on Viale Fratelli Rosselli, after hotel ´GOLF´ keep and turn right at the traffic light, you're at the beginning of via Alamanni, slow down your speed and look up to second floor balcony, you will see a red flag with hotel name, there is the entrance of the hotel.
From Florence airport – A. Vespucci:
in 10 minutes by taxi (20/25 EUR ride) or by the bus shuttle which links the airport to the railway station. The hotel is 100 mt from the railway station.
