This wonderful rural house is located in a farm surrounded by nature in the center of Mallorca Located in the municipality of Sencelles, a peaceful agricultural village ideal to disconnect, walk and enjoy nature, while the guest can take advantage of the cycling routes that pass in front of the house Ca'n Brusquer is close to Palma, just 25 km (15 minutes by car) and consequently to the beach and the old town With a capacity for 7 people, the house has three double bedrooms and two full bathrooms to cater for all its guests We invite you to use the barbecue by the pool for a fun afternoon of rest and relaxation with family or friends, while taking a dip in the private swimming pool of the accommodation In addition, we have a kitchen with everything you need for you to cook NOTE:The Balearic government charges a LOCAL TAXE to all tourists and residents of 1 euro per night per person
