This is a beautiful and quiet complex comprising a total of 32 apartments, which are divided between 4 two-storey blocks. The accommodation is ideal for families and groups of friends.
Although the complex does not offer lift access, it welcomes its guests into a lobby with 24-hour reception service and currency exchange facilities, and offers a café, a bar and Internet access for a fee.
Safety deposit boxes are available for a fee and children can play at the playground.
The accommodation units comprise 2 twin bedrooms, a living room with a double sofa bed and 2 bathrooms - one with a shower, one with a bathtub. All apartments come equipped with a kitchen with refrigerator, microwave, electric cookers and tea and coffee making facilities. Individually regulated air conditioning and safety deposit boxes are available for a fee, and English satellite TV and a large terrace with space for a table and chairs feature. The rooms are not equipped for disabled guests.
The complex is home to a large sun terrace and outdoor swimming pool, as well as a children's swimming area. Hammocks, sun loungers and parasols are all available poolside and a snack bar is on hand to provide convenient refreshments. The nearby beach is sandy and sun loungers and parasols can be hired there for a fee. Guests wishing to play a round of golf can visit the course at Aucanada, which is 4 km from the apartment hotel.

How to arrive
From the airport or port of Palma: Take the motorway in the direction of Alcudia and Puerto de Alcudia, located about 65 km from the airport. At the roundabout to Alcudia (to the left) and the Port of Alcudia or Artà (to the right), turn right. After around 250 metres take the slow lane on the right to exit this road and enter the small roundabout bypass. Once at the roundabout, which is about 500 metres away, take the first exit called Tuca'n Avenue. The hotel is at number 32 on this street.
