Built in 1994, the hotel includes a total of 530 rooms spread over 4 floors, of which 473 are doubles and 4 are suites. Facilities include a foyer with a 24-hour reception desk, a shop, a hairdresser and a beauty salon. Guests are also offered a piano bar, a lounge, a night bar with live music and an entertainment programme as well as an air-conditioned restaurant with a non-smoking area. In addition, an Internet terminal and for younger guests, a children's playground and a kids' club (for 4-12 year olds, 6 days a week) are also available. How to arrive

This comfortable hotel is situated in a wonderful location beside the sea. It is just a few steps to the inviting Playa Pocillos beach, just across the promenade. The centre of Puerto del Carmen, with a multitude of entertainment venues is located 3 km away and easily reached using the regular bus service (which stops 200 m from the hotel) or by taxi.

Cleaning

Food and drink really good. Two nice sized pools. Staff all friendly. Very near beach and little town if you want to venture out. Rooms all very clean and changed daily.

Positive: Everything you would expect and hope for in a 4*. Food and drink good quality, buildings well maintained, pools decent size and clean. Staff all helpful.

Negative: Be nice if the bar outside was open past 8pm for some outdoor drinks sitting by the pool. Occasionally restaurant was busy and a table for 3 was difficult to find. When we finally found a table, we were moved so that a family of four could sit there.
