    Reception and Management refused to help me to make a phone call to the UK as I had lost my phone and needed to contact my bank.Even offered to pay but still refused!

    Positive: Nice pool and grounds

    Negative: Bar snacks were of very poor quality and over priced.Evening entertainment although advertised was non existent.Cooked breakfast buffet was cold every morning!

    Positive: For a 4 stars could be better. Good reception, friendly staff at the restaurant, food good standard, rooms not at the standard of the hotel (4 stars) a bit too much used and not refurbished specially the bathroom. In general good value for money.
