There are a total of 177 independent apartments from which you will be just 5 minutes from the beach and the Atlantic Ocean. They all have a fully equipped kitchen in which to prepare your meals, they come with a refrigerator, stove and dining room, where you can organize yourself as you like. Each apartment has floor-to-ceiling windows and some of them offer ocean views.
Dare to spend some of your free time in the outdoor pool. In the cafeteria and restaurant you can have a drink and eat whatever you want. During the summer months (July and August) they offer live music and a pool bar. There is 1 children's pool and 1 playground where you can make new friends and enjoy your stay to the fullest.
All apartments have a spacious living room with a private balcony, individual heating, a rental safe, 1 full bathroom, TV with satellite channels, kitchen or kitchenette with 2 electric plates, refrigerator and freezer.
Explore the coast on foot or rent a bicycle and practice sports while discovering the surroundings. If you prefer to rest, they suggest you stop by the garden, a unique space in which to disconnect while reading a book.

It is situated in the quiet area of Alporchinhos, just 350 m from the picturesque beach of Nossa Senhora da Rocha and 2.5 km from the famous beach of Armação de Pêra. Public transport links are 300 m away, it is 700 m to the nearest supermarket and the nearest restaurants, bars and pubs are 2.5 km away. It is 50 km to the airport of Faro.

The reception is open from 08:00 to 24:00. The schedule may be subject to change, check with the establishment.
During the winter season, from November 1, 2024 to March 31, 2025, the reception, restaurant and pastry shop will open at the following times:
Reception: from 08:00 to 24:00 with closures between 13:00 and 14:00 and between 18:00 and 19:00.
Terrace Restaurant: from 7:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. and from 7:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m.
Pastry shop: from 8:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m. except on Wednesdays when it will be closed. During the month of January 2025 it will also be closed for maintenance tasks.
Non-refundable rates have 100% expenses from the moment of reservation.
Starting in 2025, this property will consider guests ages 12 and older as adults. This 2024, children up to 13 years old are considered.
Keep in mind that cribs count per person, this means that, if in a typology like the Double, in which the maximum capacity is 3 people, if you come with a baby, you must be in a higher typology that accepts more than 3 people.
In addition, the capacity of 3 adults and 1 child can only go in Family rooms, since space is limited.
