Occupying a renovated manor house, this familial hotel comprises a total of 109 rooms spread over a 3-storey main building and a 4-storey annexe block. A lobby featuring a 24-hour reception service, hotel safes, a currency exchange counter and a lift awaits guests and further facilities include a café, an Irish-style pub with a billiards table and TV corner, an air-conditioned à la carte restaurant (terrace, non-smoking area, highchairs for infants), conference rooms and a public internet terminal. In addition, there is a laundry service, room service, medical assistance as well as a playground on offer. Those arriving by car may take advantage of the car park or garage.

Links to the transport network can easily be reached on foot located about 500 m away, whilst transfer to Funchal airport takes approximately 40 minutes.
