El Dorado Casitas Royale is an adult-only resort that offers gourmet cuisine with the Gourmet Inclusive Experience, a full-service spa and 13 pools.
The elegant and luxurious suites are fully equipped and have a DVD and CD collection, personal concierge service from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, pillow menu and aromatherapy service in the room. The rooms are bright and have mosquito nets over the four-poster beds. The bathroom is elegant and includes a double sink and shower. Some units have an outdoor shower or a spa bath.
El Dorado Casitas Royal has a wide selection of cuisines from around the world, including 10 different restaurants offering international cuisine, contemporary Italian menus, a taste of the Pacific, a Mediterranean, Caribbean and Mexican fusion. Pizza and authentic Italian cuisine are also offered. There are also 10 bars by the pool, 1 beach bar and 4 lounge bars.
The Naay Spa is divided into the Spa Royale and the Spa Casitas. Spa Royale is in the center of the establishment, while Spa Casitas occupies a plot of more than 2,000 m2 and offers an extensive menu of traditional and alternative spa treatments.
The Bonanza Ranch houses stables with horses. In addition, guided tours are organized on horseback through the jungle, to enjoy the authentic Mayan Riviera.

As of April 1, 2021, VISITAX enters into force to facilitate the payment of the use of foreign tourism. It can be done from the web portal http://visitax.gob.mx/. Foreign tourists may cover it before their arrival or during their stay. As of January 1, 2017, tourists must pay an ISH rate per room and per night of occupancy under the concept of Environmental Sanitation Rights carried out by the municipality. This fee must be paid at the hotel.
