Positive: We really loved where it was located. Pretty near Piazza San Marco. It was quite, cool and with a Jacuzzi in the bathroom. The room was well decorated and with interesting furnishes.
Negative: It's a pity that an hotel like this is not so well maintained as it should. In the room we found a couple of things broken, and the walls were not recently painted. In the dining room wall has humidity marks and fissures that makes the location a little bit worst than it was. Breakfast was tasty at 8 am, but if you went at 9:30 food looses its good characteristics. Definitely, they can improve a couple of details to offer a better service.
